The Sound of Confidence
Where earlier IVE music sometimes felt polished to the point of sterility, "REBEL HEART" has edges. The lead single "Untouchable" features distorted guitars, an unexpected bridge in the style of 90s R&B, and Wonyoung's most vocally adventurous performance to date.

- "Seoul at 2AM" — A slower, contemplative track with Gaeul's voice front and center.
- "Magnetic North" — Rei's Japanese lyrics woven into an English/Korean song. Ambitious and it works.
- "Girl Crush Academy" — Pure fun. The most IVE-sounding track on the album.
Seoul Connections
"Seoul at 2AM" was reportedly written during an all-night session near Hongdae — the song captures the specific feeling of that neighborhood at night, all warmth and possibility. Several music videos were shot at locations around Gangnam and Seongsu-dong.
